Technology has never been so fundamental, so strategic and so important as it is now in the digital age. Docman have undergone a significant period of growth over the past 12 months and Searchability have been pivotal in sourcing new staff into our senior team to help us manage this growth effectively. Searchability approached me about a potential new role earlier this year. From the outset they were very helpful, professional, and clear. Searchability helped me considerably in terms of preparation for both my initial telephone interview, and also my face-to-face interview, and made sure they were always around if I had any questions at all.
They are probably the most thorough and hardest working recruitment consultants I've met.
