Technology has never been so fundamental, so strategic and so important as it is now in the digital age. It is being used to create new business models, products and services, enhance existing offerings and create deeper, more rewarding customer experiences - and as such businesses need to develop the right technology and IT strategy for success.
Docman have undergone a significant period of growth over the past 12 months and Searchability have been pivotal in sourcing new staff into our senior team to help us manage this growth effectively. Searchability approached me about a potential new role earlier this year. From the outset they were very helpful, professional, and clear. They took me through everything I wanted to know in terms of the proposed company, role and all other questions I had initially, and went out of their way to make sure I was fully informed, and the role the right fit for me. Searchability helped me considerably in terms of preparation for both my initial telephone interview, and also my face-to-face interview, and made sure they were always around if I had any questions at all.
They are probably the most thorough and hardest working recruitment consultants I've met. Searchability really does put in the extra mile to make sure that, not only is the potential role is a good fit for both parties, but also that you are fully informed of everything related to the role/company and in a really good position to decide on any given role. They’re incredibly reliable, and very honest and trustworthy, and also incredibly nice people too.
