The Business Development Consultant will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of the business by building meaningful relationships with care and rehabilitation providers. The successful candidate will support the senior leadership team, acting with empathy and professionalism in all interactions. A clinical background, particularly in brain injury or military service rehabilitation, will be crucial for success in this role.

Business Development Consultant Key Responsibilities

  • Provide guidance and support on patient rehabilitation needs
  • Strengthen internal processes and procedures to enhance service delivery
  • Build and maintain relationships with legal, healthcare, and associate panel members
  • Stay updated on rehabilitation developments for traumatic and life-changing injuries
  • Deliver training and development programs for internal teams
  • Attend webinars, conferences, and company events
  • Lead patient advisory clinics in hospital settings
  • Signpost clients to legal, rehabilitation, and financial services
  • Contribute to the company’s marketing and growth strategy

Business Development Consultant Qualifications and Experience

  • Medically qualified
  • Minimum of 3 years working in a clinical setting
  • Experience working in a business environment
  • Strong organisational skills and commercial understanding
  • Experience managing budgets and achieving financial targets
