Based out of our head office in Sheffield, we are an internationally renowned organisation who deliver exceptional technical projects to clients across the world
What you will be doing;
You will become a key part of our internet support team, leading a close knit team, ensuring that you deliver on the agreed SLA’s, KPI’s and play a part in the team’s success. You will run reviews and look to mentor the guys through issues to ensure successful resolution and work with the team manager to become a key professional in the team make up.
We need you to have;
- Service Desk / customer service experience
- Experience mentoring professionals in this space
- Live locally to Sheffield
- Happy to do the shifts
It’s nice to have;
- Experience working in a telephony based environment
- Have experience working within a customer facing position
