- Week 1: 07:00–16:00
- Week 2: 16:00–01:00

An opportunity has arisen for a skilled Mechanical Technician to join a dynamic operations team. This role involves providing efficient site maintenance, including routine preventative tasks and addressing machinery breakdowns to maintain high standards of quality and operational performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and repair equipment breakdowns promptly.
- Conduct planned maintenance to ensure optimal performance.
- Install and modify mechanical equipment to precise specifications.
- Report hazards and defects swiftly.
- Maintain accurate records and complete all required paperwork.
Essential Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in production maintenance.
- GCSEs (or equivalent) in Maths, English, and Science.
- Recognised City andamp; Guilds certification in an engineering discipline.
- Strong understanding of current engineering standards.
- Skills in fabricating, pneumatics, Arc/MIG welding, hydraulics, and interpreting technical drawings.
Desirable:
- NEBOSH/IOSH Safety qualification.
- COMPEX Certification.
