The PPC Lead Role
As PPC Lead, you’ll take ownership of paid search strategy across a varied client portfolio while leading, mentoring and developing a team of PPC specialists. You’ll be hands-on with accounts while also playing a key role in shaping best practice, driving performance, and working closely with clients and internal stakeholders.
Essential Skills
- Proven experience in PPC / Paid Search, ideally agency-side
- Strong knowledge of Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Performance Max)
- Experience managing large budgets and driving ROI
- Previous experience mentoring or managing junior team members
- Confident client-facing communicator with strong analytical skills
