ABOUT THE CLIENT:
Due to continued growth and investment in digital transformation, we are recruiting for an experienced Salesforce Solutions Architect to join a large enterprise organisation undergoing significant platform evolution across customer, sales and digital services.
This is an opportunity to play a key role within a highly collaborative technology environment, helping shape and deliver scalable Salesforce solutions used by millions of customers.
ROLE INFO:
You will work closely with Product Owners, Architects and Agile delivery teams to design and deliver solutions across the Salesforce ecosystem. The role will involve driving best practice across the platform whilst supporting large-scale initiatives across Sales, Service, Experience, Marketing and Comms Cloud environments.
You will contribute across architecture, design and delivery, supporting enhancements across CPQ, EPC, CLM and Order Management platforms whilst helping improve DevOps processes, CI/CD pipelines and platform governance.
You will also mentor technical teams and support delivery across OmniStudio, integrations and Digital Commerce solutions.
SALESFORCE SOLUTIONS ARCHITECT – ESSENTIAL SKILLS
• Extensive Salesforce architecture and design experience
• Strong experience with Salesforce Comms Cloud / Vlocity
• Experience across CPQ, EPC, CLM andamp; OM
• Apex, Lightning Web Components andamp; OmniStudio
• Integration experience using REST / SOAP APIs
• CI/CD pipelines, GitLab, Jenkins or SFDX
• Agile delivery environments
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
