ABOUT THE CLIENT:
My client are a globally recognised organisation who you can trust, with their nearly 25 year expertise and ever growing development teams, they have become a leading name in their industry. Currently, they are looking for a Senior Service Desk Engineer to join their team, to guide and influence with their technical knowhow.

THE SENIOR SERVICE DESK ENGINEER ROLE:
- Dealing with escalations from Service Desk
- Completion of BAU work
- Guidance and coaching of other Service Desk members
- Shift lead when required in the absence of management
SENIOR SERVICE DESK ENGINEER – ESSENTIAL SKILLS:
- Knowledge of technologies including Active Directory and Citrix
- Experience in a leadership capacity
- Ability to work to guided SLA and communicate with a team
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to adapt to any given circumstances
- ITIL background
