- Searchability NSandamp;D has a contract opportunity for a Radar / Sonar Architect to work across an exciting range of projects
- Salaries up to £90k + Package
- Based in Fareham
- Work across a range of projects in the maritime space, providing SME domain knowledge and expertise.
WHAT WILL THE RADAR / SONAR ARCHITECT BE DOING?
As a Radar Architect, you will be at the forefront of designing and developing advanced radar systems for marine navigation and situational awareness. Leveraging your expertise in radar technology, you will lead the architectural design of radar solutions.
SKILLS andamp; EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
- A good understanding of time domain and frequency domain signal processing techniques
- Knowledge of digital filtering techniques
- Knowledge of interference rejection techniques
- Knowledge of FFTs
- Knowledge of Correlators
- Knowledge of Beam forming techniques
- Knowledge of Pulse compression techniques
- A general understanding of hardware would be useful but not essential.
