​My main hobbies when I’m not placing IT Contractors are sports and socialising. I love Man UTD and have been to three European Cup Finals.

When I’m not recruiting I enjoy sailing and spending time with the family – two young children don’t leave much spare time! I studied aviation at University and hold a private pilots licence with over 50 hours of flying under my belt to date!

Describe myself in 3 words… Tall, dark and handsome of course! My motto is “work hard, play hard”, so as well as sourcing digital talent across the North West I love partying and socialising!

Passionate about employer branding, marketing and social. Outside of work I’ll probably be chasing after my baby boy or getting out in the fresh air for a run!

​I’d describe myself as very energetic! When I’m not at Searchability I’m probably playing football, golf or going air rifle shooting!

I specialise in sourcing candidates for specialist security cleared tech roles. Outside of work you’ll catch me watching Football (I’m a Nottingham Forest Fan), climbing mountains, or watching lots of Netflix!

I have two boys aged under 10, who take up most of my free time, but when I do get a minute to myself I enjoy the football, I’m a Newcastle United season ticket holder (for my sins). I also enjoy Films, boxing, reading and pub quizzes!

When I’m not recruiting tech talent you’ll find me dancing – especially tap dancing! I once taught children on Broadway in New York for Camp America!

I am a hectic mum of three little girls and two little dogs! I am a caravan enthusiast and love booking holidays in the sunshine! Other passions include cooking and drinking gin!

I welcomed my first grandchild in January 2020 – but you won’t find me knitting, more likely developing my passion for well-being. I am a qualified hypnotherapist and now on my way to becoming a reiki master!

When I’m not recruiting as a part of the Searchability team I can be commonly found in a wrestling ring. I have been wrestling since the age of 11 and have been doing it professionally for over 10 years!

Part of the National Security & Intelligence team – outside of work I enjoy skiing, occasionally going to the gym and spending far too much time in my local sports bar!

When I’m not speaking to software developers in the Midlands you’ll either find me in the gym or cheering on the mighty Liverpool FC. Devoted foodie who is partial to the odd glass of red wine.

A big house music fan, I’m also a massive Man United fan & have travelled all over to watch them play.

I’m a confident person with a very positive outlook on life. When I’m not working i’m normally taking my dogs for long walks. I enjoy going out to nice restaurants and eating good food with my friends and family.

Outside of work I enjoy, spending quality time with my family and visiting new places/ destinations. As a goal of mine is to travel the world one day! I also am partial to a glass of prosecco with my friends on the weekends, and every now and then attempting to bake!

Outside of work I enjoy baking, cooking, and watching films. You’ll often find me at the pub with my friends and family, and love to take part in the pub quiz.

When I’m not working as part of the Searchability National Security and Defence team, you’ll probably find me in a bar with my friends (I am partial to the odd tequila shot) or out walking with my friends.

I would say I am a social butterfly who loves spending time going on walks up Snowdonia and in the Welsh hills. I am also described as a bit of a gym rat. When I am not up in the hills or at the gym I will probably be out living it up with a prosecco at hand. Girls love to have fun after all!

I love to travel and explore new places. I’m a big sports fan so usually spend my weekends watching rugby or football with some mates with a drink in hand!

A passionate HM Forces Veteran, I now run the Military Desk here at Hirecracker where I specialise in placing ex-forces candidates into forces-friendly companies. When I’m not doing this you’ll either find me in the gym, playing/watching football or enjoying a glass of Malbec in my back garden with my feet up!

I help take care of all things Marketing & Employer Branding as part of Holler and the wider Searchability Group. Outside of work, you can usually find me in the pub with friends, or watching movies at home with a takeaway!

In my spare time I love to watch football (Liverpool) and the boxing! Love the gym, a good series, food and having a few drinks usually the Chester area or over in Liverpool! Ghetto golf anyone?

I love spending time with friends & family, trying new foods & travelling when I can to anywhere new and exciting. I’m an active person, regularly going to the gym, rock climbing & training in Japanese Jujitsu. I also love to relax watching a TV series, game or book.  

When I’m not recruiting software developers, you will probably find me sat near a TV watching football (Man United FC) or Rugby League (St Helens RLFC) and when I’m doing neither of them activities I will be found in the pub!

In my free time you will find me mostly hiking, paddleboarding or walking my Hungarian vizsla dog called Rossi! Anything outdoors! My favourite food is Italian, with a big glass of wine.

I love staying active! Outside of work, you can find me at the gym, enjoying fun workout classes (I especially love Pilates), or taking long walks with my friends.

When I’m not busy recruiting, you’ll find me running after my 2-year-old daughter Rosie, watching Liverpool. Or both… Love playing golf, despite the odd slice!

When not recruiting I will be wrangling my three young kids! We love legoing, running wilding at the park or enjoying a family movie. I am passionate about school governance and have been a governor for over 8 years.

Outside of work, I’m into football and boxing, and I’m always up for going out for some good scran. I enjoy staying active and trying new spots with good food.

Born in Slovakia, living in Manchester. I enjoy all things history & Sci-fi. Whilst not Recruiting Cyber talent for the UK, you can find me at the boxing gym, pub or KFC drive-thru ordering substantially more than I’ll eat.
