The Brief

As Sky continues to prioritise it’s technical innovation for 2020, there is a drive to bring the best talent to teams, with a focus on maintaining and further building Sky’s outstanding reputation.

Testing has become a key area in Sky’s talent drive in order to build a consistent level of high-quality and secure platforms for all customers. With Searchability, and Senior Consultant Gabbi Trotter as a preferred supplier for leading testers. Sky has trusted Searchability with providing testers at all levels to work on the newest and most innovative projects. The latest roles recruited included:

The Delivery

Searchability launched a bespoke campaign with Senior Consultant Gabbi Trotter and her testing team working as one of a very small list of preferred suppliers. Utilising a sought-after social media circle, the team are able to provide the best testing talent through authentic engagement, regular meetups and a unrivalled reputation.

Dnata

The Story

Dnata is one of the world’s largest air services providers. Established in 1959, the company ensures the aviation industry operates smoothly and efficiently in 127 airports.
Offering ground handling, cargo, travel, and flight catering services in 35 countries across six continents, Dnata is a trusted partner for over 300 airline customers around the world.
Recently in 2019, Dnata moved offices and with this office there was an expansion of the UX team, with which they reached out to Searchability for our help.

The Brief

Following successful placements since 2018, Searchability have offered assistance in finding multiple talent across multiple sectors and offices for Dnata which has included the following positions:

The Delivery

Over the past few years, we have helped Dnata grow out their It team whether that be, IT Support, Graphic Design or software Development. Along the way enabling big projects such as the office move to Leyland and the continued advances in software and infrastructure.

Lockheed Martin

The Story

Lockheed Martin UK is the UK-based arm of Lockheed Martin Corporation and has operated in the country for nearly 80 years. Headquartered in London, they employ approximately 2,000 people at more than 20 sites across the country.

In 2018, Lockheed Martin committed £2.9 billion to the UK industry, supporting approximately 20,000 jobs in almost 700 companies, 76% of which are Small to Medium sized Enterprises (SMEs) The people of Lockheed Martin are critical to their success as a business – their work making a difference, every day.

The Brief

Searchability were asked to assist in finding SC, DV, and Clearable candidates across multiple areas within IT such as Project Management, Software Development, Systems Engineering and Testing.
Some of the roles placed by Searchability include:

The Delivery

Searchability has worked with Lockheed Martin since March 2019, working on a variety of technical roles, from Chief Commercial Officer, to Lead Software Engineer to .NET Core Engineer.  We’ve made a big impression, placing 19 candidates, with a first interview to hire rate exceeding 25%.
