Over the last 2 years, Searchability NS&D have expanded their expertise in IT recruitment across to the Cyber Security Division. This has largely been down to the demand of some of our largest clients such as CGI, who were looking to build out their National Security division with a considerable amount of Consultants and Architects to help supply their customer demand.

We Assigned an experienced Recruitment Consultant in Kyle Frith to help with the demand, where he delivered a bespoke strategy which aligned with CGI’s immediate and long term needs in the Cyber Security Division.

This included events, talks and targeted social media marketing to help find some of the nichest talent in the IT market.
