What Will You Be Doing?

As a Training Administrator, you will provide crucial administrative support, monitor, and track training goals, and contribute to employee development, all within a hybrid working model. Your primary focus will be on coordinating and supporting training initiatives, utilising your administrative prowess to streamline processes. With a keen eye for data and reporting, you will be responsible for monitoring and tracking training goals, ensuring accurate records in systems like Workday.

Training Administrator Requirements:

  • Current or recent administration, data, and reporting experience
  • Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) – experience of using Workday would be advantageous but not essential
  • Strong Microsoft package skills, ideally with intermediate working knowledge of spreadsheets and word processing packages
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to tasksTop of Form
