The IT Solution Consultant role:
This is a great opportunity to join their innovative Technology team, where you’ll contribute to the design and development of leading-edge technologies for both internal and customer use, while spearheading important projects for both new and established clients.
IT Solution Consultant – Essential Skills:
- Proven experience in IT projects, solution delivery, and 2nd/3rd line support, with strong troubleshooting abilities.
- Extensive knowledge of Windows Server environments, Microsoft 365, Intune, networking, IP-based phone systems, and security solutions like EDR and antivirus.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with the ability to proactively address system and process gaps.
- Strong experience in stakeholder management and building lasting client relationships.
- Proven track record in leading and delivering projects, including producing high-quality architectural and design documentation.
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Up-to-date with the latest technology trends; any certifications in Microsoft or networking are a plus.
