About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Cyber Security Manager to lead and manage our ICT security team of three, ensuring the security of our digital infrastructure and data. You’ll be responsible for developing and implementing security policies, managing cybersecurity risks, and ensuring compliance with best practices and regulations. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced cybersecurity professional looking to make a substantial impact within a dynamic organisation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and implementation of ICT security policies and procedures.
  • Oversee daily operations and manage the team responsible for protecting digital assets and sensitive data.
  • Identify, analyse, and manage security risks, ensuring swift response to incidents.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams and stakeholders to educate and enforce security protocols.
  • Stay current with industry trends, emerging threats, and regulatory requirements.

Candidate Requirements

  • Proven experience in cybersecurity management, ideally within the ICT sector.
  • Strong knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks, risk management, and compliance.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Prior experience in team management is highly desirable.
  • Knowledge of different security frameworks and standards such as NCSC CAF, Cyber Essentials, ISO 27001.
  • Relevant cybersecurity certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM) will be advantageous.
  • MUST have British Citizenship. ILR or Settlement Status
