IT Operational Support Specialist
- Daily rate; £200 to £240 per day
- Field and office based, own vehicle needed, paid milage
- 6 month inside of IR35 contract
- Head office based in Doncaster, South Yorkshire
Urgent requirement to start ASAP
What you will be doing;
You will become familiar with hardware and software relating to Weighbridges and the ancillary equipment such as lights, barriers etc which form the entire ticket creation process. You will understand the different communications methods the hardware uses to connect to terminals and vise-versa. Then diagnosing any issues with the Weighbridge communications (Ping, Putty, etc).
We need you to have;
- Networking knowledge – IP/Routing/DNS/DHCP
- Serial Connectivity experience
- Windows OS
- Weighbridge Software /Drivers experience
Roll non-negotiables;
- Live within commutable distance to Doncaster and be happy to travel
- Start ASAP
- Have experience working with IT in a Factory setting
