Semi-Skilled Labourer!
Are you a reliable and hardworking individual with hands-on experience in groundwork or general labouring? We’re looking for a motivated person to join our busy civils team working on a range of exciting projects in and around Bangor.
In this role, you’ll support site teams with various duties including general labouring, site preparation, and basic groundwork tasks. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working outdoors and wants to develop their skills within a growing, supportive environment.
Semi-Skilled Labourer Responsibilities:
- Carry out general labouring and groundwork duties on active construction sites.
- Assist with loading, unloading, and movement of materials.
- Operate small tools and equipment safely and responsibly.
- Support the installation of fencing, ground protection, and other temporary works.
- Maintain a tidy and safe working environment in line with Health andamp; Safety standards.
- Work collaboratively with site supervisors and skilled operatives to ensure tasks are completed efficiently.
Semi-Skilled Labourer Requirements:
- Previous experience in a labouring or groundwork position.
- A valid CSCS card.
- Full UK driving licence (essential due to site locations and potential travel).
- Basic understanding of Health andamp; Safety in a construction environment.
- Reliable, punctual, and willing to learn and take instruction.
- Good physical fitness to carry out manual tasks.
Semi-Skilled Labourer Benefits:
- £26,200 – £28,000per hour with regular full-time hours.
