THE MARKETING BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE ROLE:
- Help create and carry out marketing plans
- Share information with the wider marketing team
- Be the main contact between fee earners and the marketing team
- Organise events, sponsorships, awards, newsletters, and articles
- Keep the website, intranet and materials up to date
- Connect with outside contacts such as event organisers
- Support new partner onboarding
- Help with team wide marketing projects
- Help prepare monthly reports for senior staff
- Track results and share updates
- Keep everyone informed and involved
- Work with the CRM team to update contact and client lists
- Support marketing campaigns and projects as needed
MARKETING BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE ESSENTIAL SKILLS
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Able to handle multiple tasks and set priorities effectively
- Previous experience in a marketing role, ideally within professional services
- Confident communicator with good interpersonal skills
- Flexible with occasional travel and working outside standard hours when required
- Comfortable working under pressure and meeting deadlines
- High attention to detail and accuracy
