When I’m not recruiting I enjoy sailing and spending time with the family – two young children don’t leave much spare time! I studied aviation at University and hold a private pilots licence with over 50 hours of flying under my belt to date!

​My main hobbies when I’m not placing IT Contractors are sports and socialising. I love Man UTD and have been to three European Cup Finals.

Director of Searchability USA, My recruitment sweet spot is DevOps but I still work in a variety of tech specialisms. In my spare time, I love spending time with my family, traveling, watching football and technology.

Describe myself in 3 words… Tall, dark and handsome of course! My motto is “work hard, play hard”, so as well as sourcing digital talent across the North West I love partying and socialising!

Passionate about employer branding, marketing and social. Outside of work I’ll probably be chasing after my baby boy or getting out in the fresh air for a run!

​I’d describe myself as very energetic! When I’m not at Searchability I’m probably playing football, golf or going air rifle shooting!

I specialise in sourcing candidates for specialist security cleared tech roles. Outside of work you’ll catch me watching Football (I’m a Nottingham Forest Fan), climbing mountains, or watching lots of Netflix!

I have two boys aged under 10, who take up most of my free time, but when I do get a minute to myself I enjoy the football, I’m a Newcastle United season ticket holder (for my sins). I also enjoy Films, boxing, reading and pub quizzes!

When I’m not recruiting tech talent you’ll find me dancing – especially tap dancing! I once taught children on Broadway in New York for Camp America!

I am a hectic mum of three little girls and two little dogs! I am a caravan enthusiast and love booking holidays in the sunshine! Other passions include cooking and drinking gin!

I welcomed my first grandchild in January 2020 – but you won’t find me knitting, more likely developing my passion for well-being. I am a qualified hypnotherapist and now on my way to becoming a reiki master!

When I’m not recruiting as a part of the Searchability team I can be commonly found in a wrestling ring. I have been wrestling since the age of 11 and have been doing it professionally for over 10 years!

Part of the National Security & Intelligence team – outside of work I enjoy skiing, occasionally going to the gym and spending far too much time in my local sports bar!

When I’m not speaking to software developers in the Midlands you’ll either find me in the gym or cheering on the mighty Liverpool FC. Devoted foodie who is partial to the odd glass of red wine.

A big house music fan, I’m also a massive Man United fan & have travelled all over to watch them play.

I enjoy watching sports both live and on TV with a drink in hand. I am a huge Manchester United Fan, along with an avid interest in F1 and Golf!

I’m a confident person with a very positive outlook on life. When I’m not working i’m normally taking my dogs for long walks. I enjoy going out to nice restaurants and eating good food with my friends and family.

Outside of work I enjoy, spending quality time with my family and visiting new places/ destinations. As a goal of mine is to travel the world one day! I also am partial to a glass of prosecco with my friends on the weekends, and every now and then attempting to bake!

I love to watch football and horseracing – I moved to Chester 3 years ago from Dubai and haven’t looked back since! When I am not in work you will usually find me in a bar around Chester.

Outside of work I enjoy baking, cooking, and watching films. You’ll often find me at the pub with my friends and family, and love to take part in the pub quiz.

When I’m not working as part of the Searchability National Security and Defence team, you’ll probably find me in a bar with my friends (I am partial to the odd tequila shot) or out walking with my friends.

The main things I enjoy doing are spending time with my family on big dog walks, going to the gym and out for food. I also love binge watching YouTube videos and any activity I can incorporate wine in to.

When I am not working, you will find me with my miniature sausage dog. We love the outdoors so you will always find us exploring new places. When indoors you will find me renovating my home or doing special effects makeup.

I would say I am a social butterfly who loves spending time going on walks up Snowdonia and in the Welsh hills. I am also described as a bit of a gym rat. When I am not up in the hills or at the gym I will probably be out living it up with a prosecco at hand. Girls love to have fun after all!

I love to travel and explore new places. I’m a big sports fan so usually spend my weekends watching rugby or football with some mates with a drink in hand!

A passionate HM Forces Veteran, I now run the Military Desk here at Hirecracker where I specialise in placing ex-forces candidates into forces-friendly companies. When I’m not doing this you’ll either find me in the gym, playing/watching football or enjoying a glass of Malbec in my back garden with my feet up!

I help take care of all things Marketing & Employer Branding as part of Holler and the wider Searchability Group. Outside of work, you can usually find me in the pub with friends and a glass of wine, or watching movies at home with a takeaway!

In my spare time I love to watch football (Liverpool) and the boxing! Love the gym, a good series, food and having a few drinks usually the Chester area or over in Liverpool! Ghetto golf anyone?

When I am not in the office covering all things Finance you’ll fine me spending time with family, friends and my horse. I love the outdoors, trying new tapas restaurants and indulging in the odd glass of wine! 

Outside of work I love walking my cockapoo Betsy, listening to Sam fender on repeat and going out for drinks with the girls. I’ve had a season ticket for Tranmere since I was just 2 days old! I’m also a blackbelt and multi-national champion in Taekwondo.

Outside of the office I am a massive foodie and fitness freak. If you don’t see me in the gym, on a running track or in a boxing ring, then I am probably sat somewhere eating/drinking my body weight in something.

When I’m not hard at work I’ll either be out in Manchester having drinks with friends or cheering on Manchester United at Old Trafford!

I love spending time with friends & family, trying new foods & travelling when I can to anywhere new and exciting. I’m an active person, regularly going to the gym, rock climbing & training in Japanese Jujitsu. I also love to relax watching a TV series, game or book.  

When I’m not recruiting software developers, you will probably find me sat near a TV watching football (Man United FC) or Rugby League (St Helens RLFC) and when I’m doing neither of them activities I will be found in the pub!

In my spare time, I like attending European music festivals, Watching Liverpool FC, playing Rugby & going for a pint with my mates!

I’m From Bournemouth and moved to Chester just over a year ago, In my Spare time I like going to the Gym and doing Brazilian jiu jitsu, or you will find me out at either a pub or a restaurant.

When I’m not in work I’m usually out in the countryside for walks with the dog, out socialising with friends and family and trying different places for food (and drinks)!

When not placing the best IT & Digital Contractors in London, I enjoy watching and playing football, going to the gym and abusing my Spotify playlist!

When I’m not working you will find me snuggled up on the sofa with my dog, drinking lots of tea and eating snacks. I also enjoy going to nice restaurants and am partial to a Pornstar Martini!

Outside of work, I like spending time with my Fiancé, my dog’s and eating un-fried halloumi. I could have been a professional athlete, but I retired at an early age!

In my free time you will find me mostly hiking, paddleboarding or walking my Hungarian vizsla dog called Rossi! Anything outdoors! My favourite food is Italian, with a big glass of wine.

Hi, I’m Vern – A MASSIVE UFC and Boxing Fan – combat sports is my thing! In my spare time, I love to cook/bake (with country songs on in the background) but mostly spend time acting silly with my wife and kids. Now and again, I will take to the roads on my motorbike – I have a healthy appetite for speed but do enjoy a cruise on country lanes.

After a short stint as a chef I’m back doing what I do best – RECRUITMENT! When I am out of the office, you will find me on the touchline cheering my son on in his football!

I am part of the Candidate Care team here at Searchability. Outside of work, I enjoy going out for a few drinks with my friends, anywhere with a bit of live music! I also love to keep active and I am a former national finalist in swimming!

I love staying active! Outside of work, you can find me at the gym, enjoying fun workout classes (I especially love Pilates), or taking long walks with my friends.
