ABOUT THE CLIENT:
Our client provides top quality, bespoke IT solution, working towards becoming the best at what they do. Established over 20 years ago and now looking to grow the team of already impressive individuals. Our client is looking for an experienced 2nd Line Support Engineer to come on board and hit the ground running providing 2nd Line support for clients based in London.

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING AS A 2ND LINE SUPPORT ENGINEER?
As a 2nd Line Support Engineer, you will provide 2nd line technical support to clients and end users as well as oversee the resolution of complex technical issues escalated from the first line support team. The 2nd Line Support Engineer will act as a point of contact for escalated customer queries, ensuring timely and effective resolution, and collaborate with other departments to implement process improvements and enhance service delivery.

2ND LINE SUPPORT ENGINEER – ESSENTIAL SKILLS:

  • Strong experience in a 2nd Line Support role.
  • Ticketing system experience. (ServiceNow or Jira preferred).
  • Microsoft O365 Knowledge (Including Teams, Outlook etc).
  • Hardware Support Experience. (PC, Laptops, Printers).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • To identify, troubleshoot and resolve issues.
  • VoIP Knowledge, supporting and configuring. (Horizon, Avaya, 8×8, BT).
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • UK Citizenship Required.
