The 2nd Line Support Engineer role:
As a 2nd Line Support Engineer, you will be responsible for providing their clients with technical issues and queries. You will have a varied role supporting Windows infrastructure and Network queries. Working independently and on projects there will always be something to keep you busy and developing your skillset.

The 2nd Line Support Engineer – Essential Skills:

  • Previous experience working in a 2nd Line Support or similar role.
  • Must be fluent in either Spanish or German.
  • A high level understanding of the Windows Technology Stack.
  • Experience troubleshooting and resolving technical issues to a high standard.
  • Understanding of Networks – Routers, Switches and WiFi Access Points.
