Based out of our Newcastle office, we deliver exceptional Telecommunication products and Services to our clients across the UK.
What you will be doing?
- Provide exceptional 3rd line level technical support for our telecoms solutions, including, but not limited to VoIP, SIP and PSTN, along with mobile networks
- Resolve complex and testing issues, delivering excellent customer service through out
- Maintain systems and perform plans to ensure continued upgrades, patches and review optimal performance of the solutions
- Carry out incident management both remotely and when required, go to client site
- Concentrate on continuous improvement so you can identify areas of weakness and deliver solutions that create a better service for our customers
We need you to have..
- Proven experience supporting Telecom solutions
- Be analytical and have strong problem solving skills
- Have an eye on being detail-oriented with strong organisational skills
It’s nice to have…
- Systems experience including scripting (Python/Powershell)
- Certifications such as CCNA, CCNP
- Experience with field based work
