An opportunity has jus been set live for a Senior Account Manager/ Account Director to join a digital transformation agency as the newest member of the client services team.

  • from £45,000 – £55,000 DOE + commission
  • Remote working flexibility – must be Northwest based

Joining as the newest member of our Client Services team we need you to hit the ground running. Your goal is to deliver long-term, wide scale deployments of our platform that help to grow client accounts. Day to day you will ensure the delivery team maintains a consistent level of performance across all projects, as well as keeping in touch with client everyday via meetings. You will be constantly looking for account growth or business development opportunities. You will liaise with internal teams daily across Marketing, Customer success and Operations to ensure brand consistency. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in delivering and growing revenue opportunities and be data-driven with a high attention to detail. For us, its really important to find someone who is focused on maximising account revenue and generate opportunities that contribute towards sales goals.


  • Minimum 4 years’ agency side experience
  • An understanding of Digital Transformation and Website Development
  • The ability to acquire new business through existing and new clients
  • Strong interpersonal and people skills
  • The desire to become a key member of our Agency
