What will you be doing?
As an Application Support Analyst, you will work within the current application framework as well as being the first point of contact in providing support for business applications. You will also be required to provide ERP Support as well as managing support ticket systems.

- Strong problem-solving ability
- Support Background
- Previous ERP support experience
- Excellent organization and interpersonal skills
- Tropos and/or SAP experience
- Excellent communication skill.
