We have a rare opportunity for a motivated Business Administrator with excellent organisation and communication skills to join our team in Chester. You’ll support the HR, marketing and wider business operations on a variety of tasks to help support our key business objectives.

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING:
We are looking for a pro-active candidate with great attention to detail, communication skills and a desire to learn to join us in Chester. Ideally you will have experience in an office environment or administrative role, but the right attitude and the willingness to get stuck into a variety of administrative tasks will outweigh previous experience. Typical duties are not limited to, but will include: Creating and posting job adverts for all recruitment brands, assisting with email marketing to candidates, making phone calls to our placed candidates, chasing references and generating leads for recruiters through outbound calls, maintaining our office environment to a high standard, ordering office supplies, onboarding administration (HR and marketing), and much more. You’ll be given full training on all of the systems and technologies you’ll use, but we will need you to have strong communication skills (a strong pass or higher in English GCSE as minimum), proficiency in Microsoft Office, efficient typing skills and a highly organised approach to thrive in this role. This is a fast-paced environment that isn’t for every candidate – we’re looking for candidates who can learn fast, take charge and understand how to prioritise tasks to help us achieve our wider business objectives. We’ll give you all the support and training you’ll need to succeed, but we have high expectations and we’ll be looking for a Business Administrator who can rise to these. WE NEED YOU TO HAVE…

  • English GCSE (5 or above / A-C)
  • Strong communication skills – written and verbal
  • Good organisation skills and a pro-active approach
  • A positive attitude, an aptitude to help others, and pride in your work
  • Experience using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and efficient typing skills
  • Confidence to make outbound calls to candidates for feedback and clients for references / lead generation
  • The desire to learn new skills and technologies
