They offer a supportive, growth-oriented environment with opportunities for continuous learning and professional development and are now looking for a Cyber Security Officer to join them.

The Cyber Security Officer role:

  • Assist in monitoring and managing security alerts and incidents for clients, ensuring threats are identified and dealt with quickly.
  • Conduct vulnerability assessments and security audits, providing recommendations to improve clients’ security.
  • Support the implementation of security measures, such as firewalls, encryption, and intrusion detection systems, under the guidance of senior team members.
  • Assist clients by delivering cyber security training and awareness programmes to strengthen their internal security practices.
  • Help maintain and update clients’ security documentation and policies.
  • Act as the first point of contact for security-related queries and incidents, escalating more complex issues as necessary.
  • Stay informed on the latest cyber security trends, technologies, and threats to continually enhance the service offering.
  • Participate in onsite client visits, especially during the initial onboarding phase.

Cyber Security Officer – Essential skills:

  • Must hold a UK Passport, ILR or UK Settlement status – No sponsorship offered
  • Degree in Cyber Security or Computer Science or similar.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA Security+, Cyber Essentials) are beneficial but not essential.
  • A proactive, self-motivated approach with a desire to develop a career in cyber security.
