Key Responsibilities:

  • Understand customer requirements and develop applications to meet their needs, leading to successful sales.
  • Deliver customized technical presentations, training, and demonstrations showcasing our product features and benefits to diverse audiences.
  • Gather and address customer feedback and ideas internally, ensuring swift resolution.
  • Maintain clear communication with customers, the sales team, and other departments to keep the sales pipeline updated and accurate.

Role Requirements:

  • Proficient knowledge of FPGAs, embedded microprocessors, and device drivers.
  • Demonstrated interest in understanding customer needs and crafting tailored applications.
  • Strong communication skills to convey complex concepts effectively.
  • Problem-solving aptitude with the ability to apply solutions to customer issues.
  • Familiarity with electronics technologies, testing methodologies, and industry trends.
  • Effective time and priority management skills while meeting customer expectations.
  • Basic experience in electronics development projects and utilization of design tools.
  • Eligibility to work in the UK.
