About the client;
My client is an organisation that specialises in using technology to connect organisations with potential customers. They focus on data, helping their clients engage with people who are actively in the market. They use data-driven strategies, online platforms, and advanced marketing techniques to match consumer needs with the right brands.
What you will be doing;
You will become a key part of our close knit team, wearing a number of different hats in this position. Firstly you will project manage the integration of our system into our clients infrastructures and sites. You will have technical knowledge, so you can understand the system and help discuss this with the client. A large part of the role will be client relationship management and communication, to ensure they’re kept up to speed with projects that are ongoing.
We need you to have…
- Experience implementing SaaS products
- Client Relationship management experience
- Technical degree background
