About the client:
My client are an early-revenue startup company who have gained the backing of one of the world’s most exciting entertainment technology groups. They are now looking for a Junior / Graduate Full-Stack Engineer to join their team of Software Engineers and Sound Designers in revolutionising the way live audio is processed and delivered.

The Junior Full-Stack Engineer role:
- You will take a key role in delivering the company’s vision, working closely with their CTO in a small engineering team of 5.
- You will develop real-time audio products, bringing powerful audio processing capabilities to some of the biggest live events.
- Develop an intimate understanding of the live sound domain and design innovative, elegant solutions for users’ creative and technical workflows.
- Work both on our real-time audio processing engine (Rust) and on a multi-platform UI (Typescript + Electron + React).
- Become an key member of the Randamp;D team, shaping the future of the company.
Junior Full-Stack Engineer – Essential Skills:
- A strong understanding of designing and building high-performance software.
- Experience of writing software close to the hardware (anything from assembly to Rust, C++ or beyond).
- Experience creating effective human-interfaces.
- Excellent communication skills
- A passion for high-quality, reliable software and high professional engineering standards.
- A passion for music, audio, or the entertainment industry.
