We are a professional services company based in Sheffield looking to recruit a Junior IT Support Technician. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills and a keen interest in IT / Technology.

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

This vacancy will suit an entry level candidate with some IT knowledge who wants to apply their experience in as broad a way as possible supporting internal users in their day to day work. You will be involved in Desktop Support and Networking both in person and remotely as well as being hands on with hardware and software rollouts across our estate. This role will allow you to get involved in some bespoke application support as well as some network and telephony support.

WE NEED YOU TO HAVE…

  • Good academic background in IT
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Windows and MS Office knowledge – Software and Operating Systems
  • Clear Communication skills
