Key Responsibilities:

  • Management and support of IT equipment and phones for all staff.
  • Being the first point of contact and support for all IT issues that arise.
  • Maintaining IT infrastructure and security across Keyence UK andamp; Ireland’s offices.
  • Handling ordering and inventory control, including IT and phone equipment.
  • Installing IT workstations via software distribution, covering PC systems, laptops, operating systems, and company-specific software.
  • Troubleshooting problems with various Microsoft components.
  • Undertaking various IT projects, including the company intranet and new system implementations.
  • Providing basic-level support for network infrastructure.
  • Managing Active Directory, Exchange, Windows 10/11, and Office365, with third-line escalation when required.
  • Managing IT supplier-related activities, such as procurement tasks.

Requirements for this role:

  • Computer Science or Similar
  • Right to work in the UK
  • Must hold a full driving licence
  • Experience in a similar role is desirable
  • Understanding of Coding is a PLUS but not essential
