They are presently seeking a Junior Project Engineer experienced in IT support. The perfect candidate will have excellent soft skills and strong abilities in customer-facing roles, particularly in interacting, negotiating, and resolving conflicts.

THE ROLE

  • Deliver high-standard support, exceeding customer expectations.
  • Provide comprehensive support and expertise to customers and internal teams throughout the entire process.
  • Perform all duties with a strong focus on security and data compliance.
  • Assist the Operations and Delivery Team in maintaining excellent customer service.
  • Manage and resolve issues and queries.
  • Support the Project Lead as needed.
  • Attend customer meetings to understand and respond to client requirements and timelines, including site health and safety.
  • Stay updated on technology and enhance skills through training.
  • Participate in learning and development to maintain product knowledge.
  • Focus on meeting deadlines and delivering excellent customer service.
  • Participate in the 24/7 out-of-hours emergency call-out rota.
  • Work flexibly to meet customer needs and service delivery requirements.
