Junior Service Asset and Configuration Management Engineer Overview:
- As a Service Asset and Configuration Management Engineer, you will be responsible for maintaining the IT environment and data that is collected and stored within the CMDB and other toolsets.
- You will be taking responsibility for the data quality and processes
- You will be updating and maintaining the CMS, ensuring data is to the highest of standards
- You will be working with multiple teams across the business
- You will be ensuring configuration, service placement delivery models and principles are recorded and maintained in the CMs and adhered for ITSC mapping.
What we are looking for:
- Understanding of Asset Management technology and scanning tools, databases and querying (MS SQL).
- Team player with smart thinking, a can do attitude, ability to work alone with minimal supervision and a self-starter.
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment, on multiple projects with independent deadlines and deliverables.
- Experience working within a configuration service environment, with varied complex applications and database architectures.
