- Salary up to £55K
- 2+ years’ experience required.
- 4 days a week hybrid close to the Mansfield area

OPTIMISATION MANAGER:
A major digital transformation is underway, and this role will be key in shaping the strategy. You’ll analyse data, develop innovative tactics, and enhance the user journey across Search, Merchandising, and Personalisation.
Your focus will be on creating a data-driven Search andamp; Visual Merchandising strategy, implementing best-in-class practices, and driving performance. With a strong emphasis on personalisation, you’ll help deliver a seamless, tailored experience across every touchpoint.
OPTIMISATION MANAGER ESSENTIAL SKILLS
- Assist the Digital Optimisation Lead in developing a roadmap for product discoverability.
- Shape the vision for onsite search optimisation across fascia’s, improving the search experience to align with business objectives.
- Lead and support digital projects from concept to delivery, focusing on optimisation.
- Utilise data insights to identify customer pain points in the journey, providing actionable recommendations for optimisation. Prioritise these changes within the roadmap.
- Lead cross-functional efforts to optimise customer experiences during trade events and other key initiatives.
- Oversee the day-to-day relationship with search and merchandising vendors.
- Overseeing weekly trade reports.
- Drive a mindset of continuous improvement, refining optimisation processes.
- Optimisation experience essential.
- Ability to use tools such as Google Analytics, Algolia, Attraqt.
