About the Role:
Join a dynamic team ready to tackle the next challenge in digital transformation. We are seeking a skilled Power Platform Engineer to work on an exciting new health-tech application. Utilize the Microsoft Power Platform, the modern M365 stack, and other internal applications to drive innovation and efficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Develop no code/low code solutions using the Power Platform, M365, and other applications as needed.
- Support the delivery of an internal business case management solution for our Care Division.
- Implement automations with Power Automate to enhance business efficiency.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather functional requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Communicate new functionality to non-technical users and contribute to process and training materials.
- Contribute to system reporting.
Key Skills:
- Demonstrable experience in a relevant environment.
- Excellent knowledge of Power Platform, Advanced Excel, and M365.
- Ability to engage with staff at all levels and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Strong organizational, communication, influencing, and time management skills.
- Professional attitude, capable of working independently and as part of a team.
- Consistently deliver accurate and high-quality work.
- Proactive in proposing and supporting ideas, as well as advising and mentoring others.
- Project and deadline-driven.
Experience and Qualifications Required:
Essential:
- Power Apps – Building Model driven and Canvas apps.
- Power Automate Cloud.
- Advanced Excel.
- M365.
Desirable:
- Business process analysis, improvement, and re-engineering.
- SharePoint.
- Power Automate Desktop.
- Power BI or other reporting experience.
