The Senior IT Support Engineer Role:
Working as part of, and leading a team of Engineers, you will be a key point of escalation for IT and Server issues raised from the L1 Engineers. Your leadership will play a pivotal part to ensure that Engineers are effectively prioritising and handling support issues raised from the First Line, and efficiently escalating issues when necessary.

Senior IT Support Engineer Essential Skills:

  • Previous experience of leading a team of IT Support Engineers.
  • Previous experience providing 2nd Line IT Support.
  • Previous experience of working within an MSP.
  • Strong knowledge within Office 365.
  • Strong knowledge of Server support.
