The Senior Service Desk Engineer Role:
As a Senior Service Desk Engineer you will be responsible for solutions for an extensive client base and newer members of the internal team. You will be eager to learn and add to current processes to help push the department forward. You will be working as part of a team to deliver timely results to issues escalated.

Senior Service Desk Engineer – Essential Skills:

  • A minimum of two years’ experience within a similar role providing service desk support or within the IT industry.
  • Understanding of Windows Infrastructure.
  • Networking experience, routers, switches and firewalls.
  • Experience with scripting languages.
