Key Responsibilities

  • As part of our service desk you will be our first line of response, dealing with our staff to ensure that they have the support needed to assist them in their day to day role
  • You will be ensuring that all calls and emails are dealt with in a prompt and timely manner
  • Logging tickets in order to track issues and escalation where necessary
  • Proactively working with a team to gain the best solution in line with incident SLA
  • Maintaining and administering user accounts, ensuring users have relevant access to fulfil their role

Our Ideal Candidate

  • Strong customer service skills and ability to communicate
  • Analytical andamp; trouble shooting skills
  • Ability to self manage work in own capacity
  • Keen to learn and adaptable
  • Commercial experience in service management
  • Existing IT skills and strong foundation of knowledge
  • Active directory experience
