  • Looking for an experience Service Desk Engineer to join a global organisation.

As a Service Desk Engineer, you will be:

  • The point of escalation for the team
  • Managing open incidents efficiently based on the SLA.
  • Mentoring and coaching team members
  • Assisting with delivery of new projects
  • Acting as shift lead in the absence of management.

They are looking for Service Desk Engineers who have:

  • ITIL background or awareness
  • Strong communication, analytical and troubleshooting skills.
  • Experience in a service management function.
  • Diverse product stack of supporting technologies.
