Key Responsibilities:
- Resolve support requests promptly, collaborating with internal teams.
- Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate channels.
- Update customer documentation to prevent recurring issues.
- Proactively monitor production environment for potential issues.
- Test and expedite new product releases.
- Provide support to partner developer teams.
- Develop tools to improve internal operations.
- Assist in maintaining Salesforce CRM and internal IT systems.
- Adapt to serve multinational operations across time zones.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in C#, .NET MVC, Web Services, MS SQL, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, MySQL, Azure.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or relevant field.
- Understanding of Object-Oriented Programming.
- Experience with agile software development (SCRUM).
