THE SOFTWARE SUPPORT TECHNICIAN ROLE:
- Offer technical support
- Resolve issues through phone, email, and service desk
- Provide remote assistance
- Explain products and services
- Assist with software development when required
SOFTWARE SUPPORT TECHNICIAN – ESSENTIAL SKILLS:
- Experience in IT support
- Knowledge of Active Directory, Networking, Office 365, and SQL
- Background or interest in software development
- Strong technical skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Full UK driving license required
