IT SOLUTION CONSULTANT ROLE:
The IT Solution Consultant will take primary responsibility for key areas of MSP Technologies—such as IT, networking, telephony, and connectivity—while contributing to the development of wider technology products. You’ll deliver regular systems training and advise on emerging technologies / lead discussions, projects, and technical work for assigned clients. You’ll also collaborate with the broader business on new initiatives and manage the delivery of medium to large projects, and plan, design, implement, and test technical solutions.
KEY SKILLS / EXPERIENCE:
- Experience in IT Projects, IT Support andamp; Solution Delivery
- Solid troubleshooting skills
- Advance knowledge of networks, systems and IT delivery
- 2nd and 3rd Line Experience
- Windows Server, Microsoft365
