What you will be doing?
- Provide support to all users across the site
- Support the wider business in all technical issues
- In depth support of our Microsoft focused technical stack
- Assist with all hardware installations and integrations into the network
We need you to have…
- Technical Support experience
- Knowledge of Microsoft products; Windows OS/Server, Office 365, Active Directory
- Good communication skills
- Local to Birkenhead due to the role being on site
