We are in need of a Systems Support Engineer to join our Engineering Operations team. As a Systems Support Engineer, This role involves providing initial support and overseeing client systems. You will have the opportunity to work with diverse technologies and directly interact with end-users. Mainly working from home, however occasional visits to London Metro Areas when required.


  • Develop troubleshooting and logical thinking skills quickly as a first responder, handling issue resolutions across various devices including workstations, laptops, mobile devices, servers, and network devices.
  • Windows, MacOSX, Ubiquiti, Fortinet, Cisco, VMware, HyperV, AWS, and Microsoft Azure.
  • Microsoft O365 Knowledge (Including Teams, Outlook etc).
  • Hardware Support Experience.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Support technology projects, including Microsoft Azure/O365 migrations, server upgrades, and network build-outs.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • UK Citizenship Required.
