WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?
Joining as our Web Designer your role will span all stages of the UX and UI design process, from discovery and scoping to final execution. You will take the creative lead on projects when required and bring strategic thinking to solve complex design challenges. A keen eye for detail is imperative, a deep understanding of user-centred practices, and a proactive approach to elevating our web styling capabilities.
As an established designer, there will be an element of mentoring more junior members of the team and guiding them through design best practice. Additionally, you will be a key collaborator with clients and other team members, ensuring a cohesive design-to-development process. You will also be confident in presenting your ideas and work both internally and to clients, contributing to new business pitches and proposals as needed.
WE NEED YOU TO HAVE…
- Prior UX/UI designer experience
- Proficient with design systems, wireframing andamp; prototyping
- Strong collaborator both internally and externally
