After what has undoubtedly been one of the most challenging 12 months in our history, Searchability is delighted to announce that we have been named as a finalist for our first ever Recruiter Award. On March 17th Recruiter Awards took to Twitter to announce the agencies and brands who have been shortlisted across various categories, and when we saw a notification pop up announcing we had been shortlisted alongside a handful of other agencies we were absolutely over the moon.
While we do have a number of awards under our belt at the Searchability Group, this is the very first time we have been shortlisted for a Recruiter Award, and the fact that it is for the Best IT / Technology Recruitment Agency Category is testament to the incredible efforts of our people and the hard work they do, and particularly have done during this difficult year.
